Life At The Bridge 7-15-21

We all want to be part of something special...something unique and extraordinary. But for something unique to happen, we can’t simply go with the flow. By definition, there is nothing extraordinary about the mundane and ordinary. As people being restored to our original image in Christ, we should aspire to be off-the-charts EXTRA-ordinary. The great news: In Christ we CAN be!

In preparation for Sunday, read Romans 12 focusing on verse 2. You can also read and meditate on II Corinthians 5:17. Don’t simply read it, but ask questions like, “What does this truly mean?” “How am I living like a ‘new creation’?” “How is my life different from what it was before Jesus?”, and “How are my ideas, attitudes and beliefs different from the world around me?”
Think of someone else who is tired of living a mundane and boring life, being pushed around by the enemy, and bring them with you to worship with us in person or online at 9:00am or 11:00am this Sunday.

Last Sunday’s worship concert on the riverwalk was truly amazing! Curt Dykema and his band were phenomenal, but more importantly the spirit of unity made it a truly remarkable experience. This week Jordyn Osburn will lead with her smooth, folksy style which has become a favorite. This event is truly a South Haven treasure that should not be missed. This Sunday, 7pm, down at the South Haven marina.

Are you looking for a space to minister a few hours a week as you love and serve people in Jesus' name? The Living Room is our coffee shop designed specifically to be an outreach hub for LifeBridge Church. You could serve for a set 3-4 hour shift one day per week, and would have the opportunity of praying with people as well as taking orders & doing some dishes when needed. To become part of this life-changing team, please contact Diane at [email protected] for available days and times.

Eight O’ Clock Encounter: Prayer is the engine behind the power and passion of a church that is on fire. Join with us at 8am Saturday morning to do the important work of seeking God in preparation for this next season of growth.

We are currently offering personal Communion after services each Sunday as part of your weekly worship experience. From 10:15-10:45 a.m. or 12:15-12:45 p.m., an elder will be available in the Communion Room off the Lobby, to serve you. Ask a Guest Service volunteer if you need directions.
