Life At The Bridge 3-11-21

Spring is a wonderful time of the year. The days are getting longer, the weather is warming up, the flowers are blooming and the hope that the long winter is over is growing. Although it would be nice to just find a sunny spot and soak it in, we must be careful not to let the opportunities of spring slip away. If we hope to have a harvest in summer and fall, we must make time and effort to plant in the spring.
Before you check out because you are not a farmer and don't plan to put in a garden this year, you need to know that I am not referring to the natural season of spring. This Sunday we will be talking about the life season that comes after the cold, dark winters of life. Spring will come. Sometimes the relief can be so tempting that we just want to enjoy the moment. And we can! But we must also seize the moment. We all know that we are not made for a single day. And I believe what we do in the spring has an impact on summer, autumn and even the next winter season that is sure to come. I hope you can join us as we all prepare for spring - online or in person this Sunday at 9:01 or 11:01am.
If you missed last Sunday's introduction to the series, you can catch it here. If you want to read ahead and familiarize yourself with the scripture for this Sunday, take a few minutes to look up Ecclesiastes 11:4-6, Galatians 6:7-8, II Corinthians 5:7, II Corinthians 9:6-12.  Hope you can join us here or online for the conclusion of our Temple Keepers series. We will continue to stream our services live. Scroll down for links to find us online.

Join us this week for NEXT 4.0!  This week we will be giving you the tools necessary to share you own personal faith with confidence and boldness,

NEW! The COVID Task Force, which is composed of health care professionals and team leaders, has agreed that we should continue requiring masks at the 9:01am service for those that are health compromised or feel more comfortable being in a masked environment. However, we feel we can change our mask policy for the 11:01am service to “Restaurant Rules”  What does this mean at church?  Please wear a mask any time you are walking around (walking in/out, to the restroom, checking kids in/out etc). However, when you are seated in the Worship Center you may feel free to take your mask off.

You are NOT required to use the Save Your Seat systembut if you want to be notified in the case of a known exposure, feel free to register through the system here. Our task force will continue to monitor the situation and remove restrictions as appropriate.
