Life At The Bridge 11-5-20

It's almost here!  The Ripple Effect Waymaker Mission Conference is this Sunday, November 8.  The Sunday services will highlight the amazing ways that God has made a way through these challenging times for people dedicated to God and His mission. Each service will feature different mission partners. Be inspired and challenged as we hear stories of how faith, rewarded by God’s provision is making a difference around the world.

To get a glimpse of our mission partners before Sunday, click here to find them on our website. If you would like to make a donation to support one of our mission partners directly, click here to be directed to our giving page. Under the “fund” menu, you will find a place to select the partner you want your contribution to benefit.

LifeGroups forming NOW! The FAMILY Groups are wrapping up this week, which means lots of those groups are transitioning to a new study right now for the weeks leading up to Christmas. That makes this a perfect time to join a group if you missed joining earlier. Please call the church office (269-872-3464) and someone will be happy to help you find a group that fits your needs.

Eight O’ Clock Encounter: Prayer is the engine behind the power and passion of a church that is on fire. We are desperately seeking the fire of God in these difficult days. Join us as we pray for our NATION, our COMMUNITY, our CHURCH and our FAMILIES. Join us at the church at 8am on Saturdays.

It is time for the generous family of LifeBridge Church to start thinking of the holidays.
Operation Christmas Child has been collecting and delivering shoebox gifts—filled with school supplies, hygiene items and fun toys—to children worldwide for more than two decades.  Since 1993 over 178 million shoeboxes have been delivered to children all over the world to show them the love of Jesus.  This is a project that everyone can still be a part of, even with COVID-19 restrictions.

Now is the time for individuals, families, and groups to transform empty shoeboxes into fun gifts.  You can pick up a shoebox in the lobby or transform any shoebox into a vessel of Christmas Joy! Find a step-by-step guide on the How to Pack a Shoebox webpage.

A few good volunteers are needed to help during collection week November 16-23.  There are weekday shifts from 12-2pm and 6-8 pm.  There are weekend shifts also.  Please contact Pat McCarthy if you think you can help.  Training will be provided!  Email at [email protected]
